EDUCATION PROJECTS
TEST is specialized in implementing various educational and vocational training programs. Here is the list of few past achievements and successfully implemented projects to Educate communities among our other fields of endeavors

1 | Literacy and Numeracy Training for 240 Males and Female prisoners at Mazar-e-Sharif prison, Balkh Province-Afghanistan. The project is funded by UNODC |
2 | TEST has completed vocational training (tinsmith) and literacy training of 40 males in Qarabagh district of Ghazni province from SIKA East. |
3 | TEST has been awarded vocational training (Auto mechanic) and literacy training for 20 males in Andar district of Ghazni province from SIKA East. |
4 | TEST has implemented a vocational training (carpet weaving) program for male and female prisoners at Mazar-e-Sharif male and female prison in Balkh province person. The project is funded by UNODC during which 30 male and female prisoners have been trained on carpet weaving. |
5 | During the year 2014 TESTO implemented Vocational Training for Youth (Auto Machine Repairing) project in Nawor District of Ghazni province, the project was funded by Polish Team (PRT-Ghazni) and during the project 20 beneficiaries were trained and received training tool kits on Auto Mechanic Repairing. |
6 | During 2013 TESTO implemented Vocational Training for men Carpentry project for 20 youth in Nawor District of Ghazni Province. The project was funded by PRT. During the project, 20 beneficiaries received training and tool kits on Carpentry. |
7 | During 2013 TESTO implemented the Vocational Training for men Tinsmith project for 20 youth in Nawor District of Ghazni Province. The project was funded by Polish Team (PRT Ghazni). During the project 20 beneficiaries received training and tool kits on Tinsmith. |
8 | TESTO implemented Candle Making Project for Ghazni Women during 2012. The project was also funded by PRT. During the project 80 female beneficiaries were trained.

HEALTH PROJECTS
TESTO through its dynamic team of health specialists have managed to implement the following projects in collaboration with local and international agencies;

1 | TESTO has implemented Basic Hygiene and Health Education and Access to safe drinking water project in 2011. The project was funded by US Embassy under its Ambassador Small Grant Program (ASGP) and was implemented in Ghazni province. The project covered 300 families under hygiene and health education training in different districts and purchased and distributed 300 Bio Sand filters to families across different districts. |
2 | In the year 2013, TESTO has Implemented a joint project of Counterpart international I-PACS (Initiative for Afghan Civil Society) and ACSF (Afghanistan Civil Society Forum awareness campaign on Drugs Control across different district of Kabul province including Bagrami and Dehsabz. |
3 | In 2013, TESTO implemented another project for PRT Ghazni under the title “Capacity Building of Healthcare System in Ghazni”. The project supported healthcare system in Ghazni by supplying inoculation of 250 health workers in the province for viral hepatitis A and B. In addition, the project trained doctors on the use of modern multi-functional anesthesia apparatus – AEON 7200A ventilator which was previously purchased by another donor for the hospital. We have also delivered training to 5700 individuals in different schools and health facilities on preventing the development of parasitic diseases in the city of Ghazni |
4 | TESTO implemented The Colombo Plan project on Youth Led Initiative for Preventive Drug Education in 2016. The project was focused on youth awareness at community level and school programs to intervene as early as preschool to mitigate drug abuse. Topics like self-control, emotional resilience, better communication, social skills and literacy support in reading and writing were conducted. |
AGRICULTURE PROJECTS

1 | Seed Distribution to farmers in Laghman district. The project was funded by MAIL – under its wheat seed distribution program in 2015. |
2 | Carried out pickle and chutney production training for DAI – IDEA-NEW in Parwan district. Trained 40 women and provided them with essential equipment for home based production. |
3 | Provided home based dairy production training to 66 women in Maidan Wardak district. The project was funded by ICARDA and was successfully implemented in 2014. |

1 | TESTO implemented UNDP ABADEI Program for Community Resilience in Afghanistan in 2022. The project was implemented in Balkh province aimed at identification of challenges in targeted districts. TESTO has organized brainstorming events, hosted community dialogues, and provided training on peace, conflict resolution and effective leadership to community institutions and leaders to enable them de-escalate local tensions and ensure a prosperous community where all have equal rights and live in dignity. |
